Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms specified at the time of booking. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14-29 days prior will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date.

Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, insufficient participants, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour date will be offered.

4. Changes to Itinerary

We strive to adhere to advertised itineraries; however, we reserve the right to modify tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Liability and Insurance

Participants acknowledge that tours may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and loss of property. We are not liable for any damages or injuries. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness levels and ensuring they are capable of completing the tour. We are not responsible for any medical issues that arise during the tour.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the environment. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these standards without a refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
